Without a concrete example of female professional success, it is more difficult for young girls to accept their ambitions and counter the dynamics of professional stereotypes. With Inspiring Girls Belgium, I am convinced that meeting inspiring women with young girls will make it possible to stir up their desire for success and show them that their ambitions are accessible.

The ultimate goal of Inspiring Girls echoes to my thoughts which I built over the years. From being this little girl always wondering how to make the correct decision while not having all the cards in hands, to being this young professional still seeking for inspiring leaders in the work environment, I feel it is now time to take action. With establishing Inspiring Girls in Belgium, I want to tackle the root cause of the problem and change the career decision making process for the next generations of young girls.

I have been inspired by many great women throughout my life, both personally and professionally. This association is an excellent way to help young girls meet amazing women who can show them by their lives and careers that no path is closed to them. We as a society must eliminate the gender gap across all aspects of life. I contribute in any way I can to Inspiring Girls Belgium to help make this objective a reality.
